I am not giving them my money till they prove it can connect 2 devices at one or it’s a no go! They keep throwing up subscription page and won’t answer my question! DELETE!🤬

It suggests that buying a subscription will fix or connect your earbuds. You buy the subscription and nothing happens. There is no technical support and no responses to asking for a refund. This app is 100% a straight up scam to steal money for something every other manufacturer connects automatically thru Bluetooth. I have managed to connect 2 other speakers and 2 other sets of earbuds to my phone within seconds after trying this scam. The echo earbuds do not work with the app or without. The app only sends you to your settings to connect the same as any other Bluetooth earbuds, unfortunately the garbage echo earbuds do not connect.

Unable to play my already existing music in Apple iTunes

App stated I could connect to more than one device at a time through Bluetooth was unable to connect to more than one device at a time. The whole reason I purchased the app was so I could pair two blue Bluetooth speakers at once was unable to do so could not find a place to ask for a refund very misleading advertisement

Works as advertised

It start from showing new features. Next Next Next Next Subscribe! I was clicking through app features and it made me “accidentally” click subscribe. It found my speaker, popup to subscribe again. Equaliser show up, but it is not changing sound. I don’t have multiple speakers to try link mode. But carrying speaker to the shop. I just don’t like how it sounds. Neither app that annoyingly asking money.

I recently encountered an extremely frustrating issue with the "Premium Speaker & Headphones Connect" app. The advertisement claimed that the app could simultaneously connect two different speakers from different fronts, which was precisely what I needed. Consequently, I didn't hesitate to pay the $40+ subscription fee. However, the app failed to deliver on its promises right from the start. Despite several attempts, I couldn't get the app to connect the two speakers as advertised. Disappointed, I deleted the app and requested a refund. To my surprise, I was charged twice for the subscription, and although one refund was processed successfully, the other was denied without a clear explanation, leaving me unfairly out of pocket. Adding insult to injury, I tried to give the app another chance, hoping that a reinstallation might fix the issue — it did not. Moreover, my attempts to reach out to customer service have gone unanswered, leaving me with a non-functional app and a financial loss. This experience has been nothing short of exasperating. Not only does the app not work as advertised, but the customer support is also non-existent. It's disheartening to see such practices in the app store. Users trust that the apps they purchase will work or that they will at least receive adequate customer support. Unfortunately, this app fails on both counts. I urge potential buyers to steer clear of this app. The lack of functionality coupled with poor customer service makes it a waste of money and time.
