充了会员用了几天后无法使用了，找客服也不回应，退款也无效，太垃圾了

好几天无法使用，客服联系不上

是一个骗子app，根本用不了，加客服微信快一个月了每天都添加就是不理，在线客服也不回消息。过了快一个月点进去忽然说我网络异常不让我使用app了。总之就是糟糕透顶，大家别被骗了，不充钱不能用，老板卷钱跑路，祝破产

很不好用，识别口语很烂很不准确，卡顿没法用，冲了一年的会员也没什么新功能
