Even if you want to get a refund from free-trail, they will never give you a refund. They blame Apple for this. I did not find it useful and I have been trying to cancel free-trail for days but they do not give the payment back. We should be alert about this app.

It’s annoying to make a conversation to AI Because when I replied to her, she always said “I apologize, there is currently a high volume of students and I'm occupied. Would you mind checking back later or trying again?” Every single time. I need to try 2 or 3 times to finally make it work. But It keeps happening. Please fix it. It is wasting time and very inefficiently to learn.
