• Register your bike directly in the app to activate the lifetime warranty and receive critical updates about your bike.

Bring back Mission Control
Previous app was far more user friendly. Especially around tuning and saving a range of settings for various conditions
Not as good as Mission Control
My wife and I both ride Specialized bikes and we have stuck with the Mission Control app. However it now seems we are forced to use this new Specialized app. Two things which make it unappealing and one is a biggie. You can not turn off the map and this massively drains your phone battery because it’s using GPS all the time. The 2nd is that there is no data setting to see your power setting like 25/50 or 50/75 depending on what you have the different power settings set to. This is particularly annoying for my wife who has a Como 4 and uses micro mode a lot. The other thing which is annoying is the very fiddly way you now have to drag to tune the different modes. It is very hard to set these settings. Sort these things now please.
Jump stats
Hi I can’t find the jump stats on this new app that use to be on Mission Control it it still a option I have a levo carbon comp
Doesn’t seem as useful
Mission Control app let me do over the air updates, this doesn’t. I also can add any more ride profiles for the motor, would like to add a 4th option but I there isn’t option to do so. It also shows my registration date as January 1900, can’t be edited. Seems oddly dumbed down compared to Mission Control.
Frustrating
Seems to go ok at first and has cool features but constantly glitching, the contact us button doesn’t work and forgets your bike when you turn it off. Needs complete reboot to reconnect.
No auto start?
Does this app have auto start record like Mission Control? I cannot find it
