I understand business trying to be cost efficient, but whom ever developed this app no try at all. When you download updates, it unlocks another level of poor user experience. The app is counter productive, best to go on the website. Our loyalty to this company is not rewarded at all.
Terrible user experience
Did a bank transfer to their account for renewal, messaged them on emails on WhatsApp showing receipt of payment and I’m not getting any response at all.very frustrating I don’t even want to use it again. I want a refund if possible. Waste of time and money .
In the last few months, it’s been terribly bad to credit account as well as subscribing. The app will load for ages without any response and will be forced to close it completely and reopen again. This is a very bad experience and I wish it could be better. No star is ideally deserved for the mobile app experience. I’ll appreciate if you can look into this and get it sorted. Thanks
I thought it was from my end until I read other reviews It’s so poor ….If anything isn’t working,@ least to renew data shouldn’t be a long process or headache to recharge. Work on your app please ,for ease of use and access.
Everything about Spectranet is totally bad. Network, BAD! Customer experience, BAD! App UI, BAD! Website UI, BAD! Live chat, BAD! I got my Mifi as at May 2023 and abandoned it as at June, why? Bad network. Now today February 19th, 2024, I decide to top-up my mifi thinking it’s almost a year and there might have been some improvements but I was deceiving myself. Top-up successfully on banks end, but failed on Spectranet’s end after showing payment successfully before. Reaching out via Live Chat on the app, the bot is so dumb to understand my request or refer me to a live person. The more I try to find solutions to this issue the more I keep having more bad experiences, reminding me why I left the mifi for almost a year. You guys should improve yourselves before considering spamming my SMS inbox with unnecessary offers that will still end up giving me bad experiences.
My device was not working for weeks, I kept visiting their office and it was one excuse after another. It took them almost 1 month to rectify the issue. The most annoying part was what the fair guy at their Surulere branch said to me. After calling their branch line for 1 whole day and no one answering the calls while it rang in their presence, I went to the office to find out why, and the guy had the mind to tell me their branch is not a call center 🤣😢 I believe they need deliverance.
