The app was really good until recently I cannot add funds to my account, an error message pops up. App does not allow you to delete your credit card info. App does not allow me to delete my account. I’ve been trying to contact support and website is not working properly to chat with representative.

Took my money and they won’t email me to help out.

I can’t start my laundry because they had to go and make it into an app. This does not need to be an app. This helps nobody, probably not even their corporate bottom line. I just want to do my laundry. I’m fine putting coins into the machine, or using a card in the machine, or having both options. But right now the only option I have is this app that cannot get a connection, and this has happened multiple times. Please just let me do my laundry and trash this thing.

This application doesn’t even allow you to open an account it keeps saying the account already exists. I’ve never used this. Trash

Either have the means to log in with phone number or make the option to have a verification code sent to the number being registered. I am sitting here for over 20 minutes waiting for a email verification that has not come. Total inconvenience when I am at the laundromat and want to do wash. I have to leave and find a quarters laundromat.

Sometimes all you need to wash is one load. Speed queen is greedy and only allows you to add 10 dollars at a time.

I had six dollars, started a washer for $2.75 then had $.50 remaining. I don’t want to use this laundromat or this app anymore but my clothes are loaded and soap is in the machine and apparently you can only add a minimum of $10 to your account. There’s also no records for transactions and I highly doubt there will be any customer service or way to get a refund. Total ripoff, avoid at all costs, get a roll of quarters.

The app is easy to use and convenient. Would rate it 5 stars if I could use ApplePay.
