Purchased VIP, payment went through but the app shows purchase failed. I couldn’t get any refund from apple and the customer service is not replying either. 购买了VIP，付了钱却没拿到VIP。 客服也没回复我。 真的太坑钱了

昨天发现应用进不去了，点进去就给我闪退出来，试了好几次都闪退。今天还是这样。虽然它加速非常非常卡，但至少以前还是可以用的。 不知道是不是以后都用不了了。如果真是这样，我只能说：还好我只充了一个月会员且快到期了，要是我充了一年会员的话，那充的钱不就打水漂了吗。 希望这个问题能得到解决。
