Bad expirence!!!!!!

This version got bug for notification keep show 1 but in fact I already clear and reinstall but still the same. Developer also never fix this issue for 1 month

I experienced a really smooth and fast process with a great benefit of 0% DEPOSIT and it could happen due to your and your team’s excellent work. Chat notification dont work. Even though actuvated at settings. Incoming messages wont be prompted. Relisted property cant be edited. Need to create new listing again

Before-Sales Service As a landlord, I frequently requested and informed the chat group about the need for a homerunner service to bring prospect tenants for house viewings. However, the AI assistant Alicia often asks landlords to bring tenants for viewings themselves and sometimes provides incorrect information to users. Previously, I experienced a situation where Speedhome closed all chat rooms and informed me that the unit was no longer available after receiving a deposit of RM500 from a prospect tenant. However, three weeks later, I was informed that the tenant’s credit check had failed, and they re-open the chat group to find new tenants. This caused my property to remain vacant for 2–3 months while I still had to pay the bank installment every month. After-Sales Service When tenants pay their rent late, I requested updates on rental payments via the platform. However, both the tenant and Speedhome often respond slowly and seem unconcerned. Additionally, it takes 3 working days to receive the remittance for rental payments. For example, if a tenant pays on Friday, I can only expect to receive the payment by the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Why does Speedhome hold landlords’ rental payments for several days? Their response time is slow. When my tenant failed to pay rent for 30 days, I requested a police report. However, the standard reply I received was: “I understand you need the police report urgently. I’ll follow up with the team to expedite this and will send it to you as soon as it’s available.”

I had my first booking over the app, paid processing fee. The agent said I can move in about few days. Then without any notice, they cancelled because gave to another tenant. I was super upset. Then I gave them another chance to help me find a place in short notice, since they have cancelled last minute despite of my arrangements. The second booking was also a failure, as they keep dragging the move in date away and away. Plus the owner and agents are super difficult to contact. Eventually, I just cancelled with them and find a home outside of SPEEDHOME myself. It was much better. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Stop wasting time using this app as feedbacks are not responded and the listings are rejected all the time without reason. I’m not sure if SPEEDHOME is still operational.

Worst service ever. ive gt my house by searching around and i have gotten a rented house for myself. Just dont trust this app as they are private

I cant reach out to CS and they wont reply my WhatsApp. Funny thing is, i was driving some time ago and i declined the call because i was driving and speedhome IMMEDIATELY call me back again for 3 times. But when i need to call them, they wont answer. I reached out to CS via WhatsApp at 2PM no reply. Then i need to wait until monday to clarify my rental agreement.
