There’s no 0-30????
My car’s 0-60 is around 5 seconds (this has been proven by multiple timers) but the app is about a second slow and around 1.5-2 seconds slow on a quarter mile
Download the app for fun but after trying countless runs to 60 the app either doesn’t register the speed to 60, doesn’t register acceleration at all, or is so delayed it is 5-6 seconds off. Registered anywhere from 10-12 seconds to 60 with my Audi S4 (which is way off considering new tires, mods, pretty much perfect conditions). It’s a good concept but just not even remotely accurate. I could deal with a 20% delay. Even up to a full second. But it’s just not worth it. Granted it’s a buck. Grand scheme of things not a big deal.
I tried using app after a while and it requires login but no way to reset password, app is uses less now...
At first, how to create an account? anyway an error is displayed!!
My Tesla Model 3 is rated as a 4.4 sec 0-60 car and its ready 12 seconds. Also I slowed down at 101 mph yet the app only measures me at 93 mph. I had full GPS bars. I think this is because of the limitation of my iphone Xr GPS component. Just not equipped for fast acceleration. Since this is free and requires registration. It seems that we are the product here.
Not sure why an app that has no reason for an account asks me to create one. Immediately uninstalled.
Not sure why but I can’t get it to stay on 0 it bounces between .3 and .6
Not sure what the problem is, but this app does not work. I installed and then took it out for a test but the app does not record when I get to 60 miles an hour. The speed is measured, if not with a relatively large delay, but even if you get past 60 there’s no 0-60 time. There are only dashes where the time should be. I’ve tried this multiple times, as well as restarting the app, but experienced the same issue. I will update my rating if the developer explains this problem and I see it working. Update 8/16: Increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars. The developer was very responsive and reached out to me to work out the issue. I was finally able to get one successful measurement. But there still seems to be a delay that impacts the measurement. Also, it takes a while for the speed to come down to 0 mph even when stopped. The app must be completely 0 mph for it to begin the test. I have a Tesla model 3 LR and the app recorded a zero 60 time of 7.6 seconds. That is definitely not right. I will continue to try this out to see if my experience improves.
Speedometer is a bit laggy, but very accurate once your speed levels off. Takes a while to figure out that you’ve stopped. The auto 0-60, 0-100 and Quarter Mile automatically resets and restarts after every full stop (which takes about 30-40 seconds for the App to recognize), which is a nice feature, but unfortunately the 0-60 timer is useless for any vehicle that can accelerate from 0-60 in less than 8 seconds. It just can’t keep up.
