This app is available for public download for current and prospective new customers from the Internet. it is a "public help desk" style application that will reserve a meeting with a remote technical who will perform technical support for a new or existing customer. Any company or individual person can use the SPEEK app to reserve time with a support technician in our IT talent network. The principle and singular feature is for booking an appointment that will then be confirmed and added to a customer's calendar entry for the particular day and time of an appointment. Clients would then use the computer that they want the remote technician to assist in repairing. Primarily English-speaking persons from all countries. Once they "book" an appointment, our server automatically creates and account for the new customer and enters them into our CRM database. At this time we do not anticipate having any advertisements or paid content from third-party vendors. New or existing customers themselves pay our company for the actual time that has elapsed in a technical support session with the IT professional from our network of talent.
