I used to be able to control my lights but the app logged me off and now I can’t sign in because it doesn’t recognize my email. What’s the fix?

It works about half the time to turn on my led lights. It’s not intuitive at all. Needs a total redesign!!!

Have 3 strips in my ceiling and can’t figure out how to sync them to get the same color using my app. Comes with a remote but the app doesn’t see it for setup. I would not recommend this lighting system!

I ended up giving up on this after many intermittent problems over a year. I bought a Phillips Hue Bridge and it is SO MUCH better. Wish I would have started with that first. Would have saved me a lot of time and money. This American Lighting needs a lot of developer love It controls my lights do that is good. I have RGB+TW so there is a color wheel picker and then 3 bars. I've figure out that the bottom bar is for dimness. But I'm really not sure what the two upper bars do. So a better help menu would be appreciated. Also, it'd be nice if I could type in an RGB color directly and type in a percentage for dimness directly and save that instead of having to fiddle with the color wheel.

I have tape lights with this app. It is impossible to set a scene with white lights. You really can’t delete devices. It is very basic and you can’t make any mistakes. There is no documentation. Please update this app so it works.

August 2020 I’m two hours into this system. The hardware for recessed cans is decent and the wall remotes work well. This app lacks some basic instructions. The sliders under the color wheel are I think (top) RGB brightness (mid) white color temp (lower) brightness? Not exactly... still confused. The color wheel is glitchy. Devices pop in and out of the app every de seconds - maybe some issue with the hub? No option for dusk and dawn in the schedules. Cannot delete existing scenes. Can’t use other photos for scenes or just forget the pictures and let the names be in a list. Cannot edit what is associated with a schedule- have to delete and re-add. Cannot rename gateway- it reverts after a few moments. Cannot arrange items in the app. There is minimal feedback as to the device’s state. Sliders and knobs don’t display a numerical value. Will update as I experience more.
