Why the change
I am not a fan of the whole app change. Why did they get rid of the feature of making your own spelling word list. That helped me focus on the words I was struggling with.

They took the money for full purchase but the app conveniently forgot about the purchase and would not restore the purchases
Useless now
$5 a month and suddenly lost ability to make word lists. Cancelled
Too Expensive for ads
Very disappointed. I paid for this app hoping to use it for my daughter’s spelling lists from school. The app was very pricey for what you get and yet, there are still ads. Then they updated the app and took away the ability to make your own list. I have emailed them twice without a response. You’d think the money I paid would go towards a no ads version that is personalizable or that it would pay for some support response. Disappointed.
Update has ruined this app
I downloaded and paid for this app to make spelling list for my 10 year old. Each week we make a list of words. With the most recent update I can’t make new lists or access old ones. On top of that nearly all the buttons on the homepage trigger ads in a paid app. This bait and switch should be reviewed by Apple.
What happened
We used this app weekly to study for spelling and it’s been ruined. I had paid for it and now it’s asking to pay for a subscription for this garbage update.
DO NOT BUY!! SCAM!!!
The developer doesn’t even exist or have a way to contact. I bought as a one time purchase and now they want $5.99/wk or I have no access to anything! Complete scam!
Not good at all
I bought a forever pass for 20$ and it is not working anymore. That was a waist of money!🤬
Loved this app but
Unfortunately, the new version doesn’t allow you to create your own lists anymore. I was using this with my 3rd grader for her spelling tests.
Unethical business practice—forced to pay new weekly fees despite lifetime purchase paid earlier
We paid lifetime price earlier this year. In recent months , the app added a lot of ads. Just in last month, the app made an update that forced new weekly payments no matter the user are new or exiting ones with lifetime purchase paid. This developer prioritize short-term profit over user loyalty and ethical business practice. Not recommended to use any app by this developer.
