I like the app, but it does come up short in some ways. For our organization they have set travel as the default coding which causes issues if you forget to change it. For my department we generally buy meals, it would be nice if it allowed each user to set their own default. Also if you are not careful and you attach a receipt first it will complete the expense and you have to go find the expense again and finish setting the other needed info.

You cannot attach items like PDF’s from your phone, only photos

I understand the need for security however I find the linking up precepts to reports difficult

App tends to lock people out way too easily, and then you have to track down an admin to unlock it. Sometimes you have to force close the app or restart your phone to make it work correctly for the log in screen. Many of our employees struggle using this app

Don’t ask me for a review after every expense.

Couple things SAP Concur does better: Ability to push receipts in all forms; PDFs for example instead of just pulling receipts and only accepting photos, Ability to push receipts directly from apps such as hotels, airlines, rental cars, etc. Ability to scroll thru receipt gallery. Having a "Missing Receipt Declaration" in lieu of missing or destroyed receipts ...just simple basic tasks that seem obvious for an expensing service but are all missing with Clarity. User interface is atrocious.

Whoever designed it doesn't have to use or enjoys spending a lot of time on expense reporting. The receipts rarely auto attach to the expense. It's just poorly thought out and executed.

App times out to fast with no notice

Time out is too quick. Linking photos is buggy and frequently drops.

Slow system that crashes all the time.
