Not perfect, but better than manual upload.

Rounded up a 3.5 star rating. Would love to see some upgrades, improved intuitive functionality. Times out too fast. Had to enter twice. The submit a claim function a bit confusing for HSA users bc only applicable for FSA. Appreciate that HSA is in palm of my hand, and very accessible. The hardest part is entering receipt details if it does not time out, but very smooth sailing and quick once submitted. Thanks.

So easy to use! No glitches uploading receipts and very user friendly to file claims.

Poor website

No feedback about failed login steps. No email received regarding password reset. No option to view password entered. Lots of failures when submitting for no apparent reason. Just poor quality site.
