Description

Spherium is designed to easily view and share 360 degree images saved in your Photo Library.

Spherium supports viewing equirectangular 360 images, and is designed to handle images from a minimum resolution of 1000 x 2000 pixels; allowing you to view panoramas images 4k, 8k, 10k, or even 16k and above in resolution.

While viewing a photo in Spherium you can share the entire 360 photo, or take snapshots of portions of the image for sharing.

Spherium will automatically attempt to find the 360 equirectangular images saved in your photo library from 360 cameras, drones, other apps, the web or anywhere else you have saved them from. If Spherium incorrectly identifies an image as a 360 you can manually exclude it from appearing in Spherium.

Great 360 photo viewer

SpeedTriple Biker on

Does a great job of finding and viewing my Ricoh Theta and DJI drone 360 photos. Useful additions would be: In thumbnail view: Slider to control the size of the thumbnails (it can be difficult to distinguish them sometimes). Toggle (in settings, perhaps) to switch between showing the whole image or a section of the image as the thumbnail - a square from the “front” section would be a good start. Maybe the ability to select part of an image for its thumbnail. Ability to manually add photos that are missed when scanning (being able to “open in” the app from the Photos app, perhaps). Highlight the image that was just viewed and closed. In image view: Buttons to switch to the next and previous images without having to close the image, remember which was it was, and select the next one. Ability to zoom in and out in the map (with a pin or indicator showing the photo’s location). It would also be great for the app to be usable on Apple TV. Being able to view 360 images on a large TV would be awesome!

Does what it says - Appreciated

Was looking for an iPad app to view 360 degree sphere photos on taken from my DJI Mini Air 2 Drone. I am fed up of all the “useless” Phone apps that appear even when you have the filter selected for iPad only - and most are pretty poor, even though most are free. This wasn’t free but out of some frustration I invested. And guess what - it works really well. Finds images on you camera roll - in date order - thank you (unlike some of the phone apps!) and displays them in in full resolution Nice feature is it allow you to position the shot and then take a snapshot in different aspect ratios for exporting . (Although quick update for the developer - the export resolution is slightly lower / more distorted than what you get from just doing a screen shot of the view) Thank you - very pleased. Oh, one slight issue - it added some basic panoramic photos to the 360 degree viewer selection - although you can switch from 360 view to panoramic view. Anyway I have what I have been searching for. And it is good.
