The app and website are a miss! They rarely work. The screen sits blank. That being said, when it does work it’s fantastic. I wish it would work every time I go for a wash!

Can’t create an account
What’s the point of the app when you can’t even create an account. Comes up with errors that aren’t there.
Doesn’t work
Thought I’d save myself time by having a reloadable app. Took me forever to create an account while in the bay waiting to wash my vehicle. Then I couldn’t access my sacking after I had loaded money. Figured it was a one time issue. Nope. Tried again another day. I can see I have a balance but there’s no way to use the funds. Went into the office on site. The guy working said don’t download the app bc the tech ppl don’t update it ever. He gave me a $15 card instead since I still had a $10 balance I cannot access. They should just remove the app if they aren’t going to keep up with its performance. Too bad, it’s an opportunity lost.
Always broken
There’s no way to reset your password if you forget it. And even when you do get the password right, most of the time I just get some kind of javascript error. I downloaded this app a year ago and was able to access my account maybe once. Now it’s just SW paperweight. And I have no way to check my Spiffy card balance.

I think they didn’t fully develop this before they rolled it out. Don’t waste your time.
Absolute Garbage app
Don’t even try it. VWAG should be embarrassed about this, it rarely ever even works yet they encourage you to load up their spiffy cards. Just use a visa and save yourself the trouble. Discount isn’t worth it.
Best way to drive customers away
Went to spiffy on 8th in Saskatoon there credit card machine are down being replaced so I down load the app and create a account and all that try to add money on the app keep getting internal error try again later so my only option is coin and I don’t carry any also tried there Stonebridge location same deal so just went somewhere else tried adding money on the app a day later still wouldn’t let me so I just deleted the account and app
Doesn’t Work
This app doesn’t work. Can’t even start it as it asks for an online code, the codes on the card you buy don’t work. What a joke.
Best App For Carwash
I like this app for the spiffy locations in Saskatoon because I can see all my recent transactions and everything in real time
