Horrible app that constantly glitches and is not usable

If y’all aren’t gonna upgrade your server capacity to handle the high traffic at 1pm on Mondays, can you at the very least change booking times across different locations?? I’m not trying to book Beyonce tickets, I just wanna book a couple classes without wanting to throw my phone against a wall.

I find it very frustrating to work with this app. It gives me an error that this payment isn’t accepted. But then randomly at 3 tries it works. By that time my spot is gone. It works at random times, 80% of the time it gives a payment error.

It is super easy! Just don’t like if for whatever reason you need to cancel you are charged 22.00 😳 Things happen in life!
