ive been trying to get the fan to play noise and it keeps saying to "Turn on the Bluetooth speakrr!" when i already did that. I checked their online and paper manual and their words are so hard to understand. They need to explain things better.

Customer support is terrible, they don’t get back and the few times they do it’s in a simple text that never answers your questions.

The fan is really cool but this app is so out dated and raggedy very inconvenient

I really wanted it to work but it DOES NOT WORK. Anyone claiming it does must work for the company or dreaming it does.

Don’t waste your money on this. Ive only been able to connect to the fan one time for maybe 5 seconds. cant connect to the fan 99% of the time. The app is a complete waste and there’s no videos on how to trouble shoot. Do not buy this garbage

Why do you have to change phone name and password to use as the router? Even after doing all that, it’s not working and they don’t explain properly with any instructions. Don’t fall for their game…you will repent

I’ve managed to upload a few videos that look really great. The problem is that the app very often does not connect to WiFi, even though I’ve gone through all the trouble shooting steps. If it connected all the time, I’d give 5 stars.

Can’t click the buttons on 15 pro max

Trying to use my holo fan and I’ve followed all directions and it does not work. Very disappointing.

I would not buy this again the app is not user friendly.
