Don’t even think about shopping online with them or even at store where they close 10 cashiers and leave u with 3 cashiers in agony waiting in a long queue to pay even for 2 items. Shopping online is total failure. They take the money from ur credit card without ur permission, thieves! They force u even if u cancelled they still force u to take the order. The customer service bunch of liars rude people who insult u! The delivery people are liars by nature who wants to deliver after midnight. The customer service on the phone tells me that’s ur problem with the delivery associate not ours?? What? rude unprofessional experience with careless people and thieves. No respect for the customers whatsoever. Never shopping or recommending u.

Order made 9:00 am and arrived midnight.. several calls and lies for the reason of delay and no one gives me the same story as the one before him.. Unprofessional customer handling Home delivery deficient process starting from items replacement till the delivery scheduling and handling!

ضيعت ساعة وبعد كده الاوردر بعد ما اطلب غير موجود

خدمة سيئة حرفيا يقولك سيارتين بتطلع للمنطقة واحدة 10الصبح وواحدة بالليل 7 ، اتصلت الساعة 5 على اساس يوصلني الاوردر من 7ل9 زي الابليكيشن ما حدد اتصلوا بيا قالوا نسينا اللوردر بتاعك يجيلك بكرة الساعة 12 الضهر، فقلت مرة ممكن تكون غلطة طلبت المرة التانية الساعة 9 الصبح على اساس يوصلني 11 ل12 زي ما قالوا لحد 3 العصر محدش كلمك

Not recommended to deal with them. Unprofessional people and worst staff ever. ابليكيشن فاشل وتأخير فى الاوردرات بطريقة لا فيها احترام لحد ولا لنفسهم اصلاً.. أسوأ مكان ممكن الواحد يتعامل معاه.

انا كلامي موجه للمهندس او الشخص اللي عمله ياريت تغير شغلك لان ده مش كارك والله! برنامج سئ وبطئ وبيعلق ومش بيفتح اصلا دلوقتي ده غير بيطلع حاجات موجوده وهي مش موجوده اساسا واوردر بيجي ناقص. ياريت تعمل شيفت كارير

Lazy app It need many fixes, search bar is also so slow and inaccurate, Please make our experience more better, like what carrefour makes
