without metrics. Choose PLUS if you have a heart rate monitor, cadence sensor or power crank for a
fully connected ride, complete with time, calories, distance, heart rate, power output (watts), intervals
and performance tracking. Ride with BASIC for a rhythm-based class with the energy and inspiration of
an in-studio Spin® class without bike data and in-ride metrics.
TRACK YOUR IMPROVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE OVER TIME: With Spinning Plus, you get world-class
performance training with real-time metrics during your ride, a post-ride summary, and a workout
history over weeks and months. When connected with Bluetooth accessories such as a cadence sensor,
heart rate strap and the SPINPower crank available with the Spinning line of bikes and accessories, you’ll
see your personalized numbers throughout every ride along with post-ride summaries, history and
highlights of your personal bests, averages and cumulative totals.
UNPARALLED COMPATABILITY: Spinning Plus is compatible with the entire line of Spinning Branded
bikes, heart rate straps and cadence sensors as well as any other indoor cycling bikes and sensors that
use standard Bluetooth connectivity. Spinning Plus is compatible with Zwift and easily uploads your
workouts to other tracking and performance platforms.
ENHANCED METRICS: Spinning Plus provides your current and target cadence (RPM) and heart rate
(BPM) PLUS your average and max heart rate throughout the ride. When paired with the SPINPower
performance crank or other Bluetooth compatible devices, you’ll see current power output, zone,
average watts and even watts/kg. We’re talking serious training made seriously easy. The best part?
