Terrible app
Every time a pop up box comes up to enter info, you can’t save it because the keyboard is blocking the SAVE tab. There’s no way to drop the keyboard. Latest issue happened when I tried to Add Traveler Info. Using an iPhone 14.
Costumer service
Getting someone to help you over the phone is impossible. WhatApp took forever and not able to answer questions. This one particular person Mauricio was unable to inform me properly and when I questioned him for an answer her passed me over to someone else and she said the line disconnected and I had to start all again. I guess this is what we pay for…. Not very much!

Listen to all your friends when they say DO NOT BOOK WITH SPIRIT. Just don’t do it. Worst experience ever. Absolute garbage
Very odd
Did not send me an email to check in, but I received emails each day before my flight to “bid” on seats. Also, one of those emails asked if I was interested in preselecting a seat for a fee. Little did I know on the day of check in, those seats were free. Now I’m out $18.
In flight entertainment
This will be my first time flying on a budget airline with my family . I get you don’t have in flight entertainment but what do you do when you have 2 kids for a 3 hour flight ? So I bought wifi yet it is not available on the flight. That’s completely horrendous . I know have to spend the night downloading movies and games for them to play sans Wifi . DO BETTER

App doesn’t work
I’m trying to sign in to my free spirit account since last week and it fails each time.
Doesn’t work well
I had to go through check 3 x’s before the check in through the app worked successfully
