It has been so amazingly helpful, and I appreciate not needing to pay. It’s very grounding I very much would suggest to anyone, even just to try temporarily.
Amazing way to change your mood and start the day
If you wake up tired and cranky then this is the app for you. I go from tired to energized in 10-20 minutes on the free part of it.
