Garbage
Just keep looking for something else. Horrible app and web interface with limited option. I’m going back to old evite or anything else.

Can’t log in with SSO, it just opens a web browser inside the app and it’s not formatted for mobile so can’t check anyone in. Ridiculous.
I love the ease of this app but wish I could turn the iPad long ways to be able to use a keyboard function for those who did not RSVP. It would be much easier than using the touch screen keypad.
This app should be ashamed of themselves in every sense possible. My buddies and I used their services for a NYE party earlier this year and it resulted in the worst night we could have ever imagined. We had a guest list of about 700+ people that were supposed to come to our party and we relied on Splash’s software to get people in by scanning their tickets. The app completely malfunctioned and we had no chance of letting everyone into the party. Resulted in us having to refund everyone that did not get in and Splash ultimately took ZERO responsibility. They’ve basically gone icognito on us since. Had one phone call trying to mitigate the problem on the 1st and since then nothing. No emails. No calls. Nothing. Been 120+ days to have a conversation and nothing. Been giving this company business for 3 years now and great exposure to tons of millennials in NYC. Outright terrible Use any other ticketing app possible except this one.
Love it! Clean, simple and easy what more could you want. You have to use it with the splashthat.com to create events, upload guest lists etc. but that’s fine because most event planners live on their computers anyways. Also, it’s free.
How do I even start a new event ?
Useless
Really love using splash but it crashes way too much. We always have to print the guest list or pull up on computers in case the app doesn’t work (which it has for our major events in the past).
No matter which method of login I try, it doesn't work. STOP ADVERTISING AN APP THAT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL
Really dependable and gets the job done!
