Splice: Make more music

Been using the mobile app on and off for a while now. Really easy to use and haven’t encountered any bugs. Simple interface and it’s not frustrating to find sounds. I like this a lot, I find it better than the web version to be honest.

Used to love that you could search by tempo in the old app. Made for quick finding but they’ve got rid of that now. Can’t use splice in my workflow like I used to because of this. Probably going to move to Outputs Arcade cause I know they still have this feature. Shame cause I loved the old app.

Why would we lose any credits after canceling the subscription? Shouldn’t we get a refund if that’s the case?

Stacks need the ability to be built out into full length tracks rather than limited to simple loops. Splice needs to become a daw.

I’ve been using this app for years but this has evolved into such an insanely cool tool. Now the clips aren’t just vaguely random but now that you can go hunt and add your own loops to a stack changes things. Such fun.

I want the virtual riot and other disciple packs because I like them

Don’t bother. They remove credits you pay for. I can’t believe apple allows this **** on their store Tried to keep charging my card months after I cancelled the service. AVOID

I loved this app. Up until its AI integration and the dev forcing this on us, it was a fantastic app. I’m sure I’m not the only one who says this, but please - bring back the classic create mode on mobile. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is when you can’t mix samples together because it’ll just recreate a whole new stack. I don’t want a new stack - I want to search and test our sounds myself and add them to my stack. In addition, the algorithm needs a lot of work. At least 75% of the time, the algorithm recycles the same samples over and over and won’t give you anything new. this is extremely frustrating. So much so that I’ve used the app less and less over time. Might even cancel my subscription if this doesn’t change.

Didn’t know what to expect, good sounds on here. Helps me find inspiration and I can pieces ideas together.
