I am waiting for my order last 2 weeks. No response from courier partner or from sports directs. Their online chat not working they asked to do email. I email them, where they asked my all details. After waiting 4,5 days they just reply me can you please send your address, name and number so I can further help. I send them that detail another 3 days passed no response. As they charge for deliveries still they are not taking responsibility.

I was working in the UK for couple of years and used to buy footwear and t-shirts from sportsdirect in-store. After moving out back to my home country, I am still able to purchase via the App. The deals we get are awesome. Thanks team and keep it going.
