What is Sports Power Training...
Sports Power Training is THE virtual program that you need to be going through as an athlete to maximize your strength and explosive power for your sport!
In the SPT training app, you'll find various training programs for young athletes broken down into their specific sports. Different sports require different muscle usage, so athletes need to train differently based on their sport.
In each tab you will find different programs, tools, videos, tracking mechanisms, & a welcoming community. All are designed to help you build out your Sports Power with confidence!
Why SPT was Made
SPT was created to fill the lack of proper training & knowledge in youth athletes so they can excel in their sports.
This includes topics such as Training Programs and understanding of the Human Body, Nutrition Guides, & Athlete Mindset, all of which you'll see more about below!
