Automatic lowering of volume when I touch my iPhone

JayRayYuu on

United States

While listening to the ticket on my iPhone 12p if I touch the speaker area of my phone the volume automatically drops abruptly. It then progressively gets louder. So I’m constantly having to adjust my volume and be careful not to touch the speaker area. Very annoying listening experience.

Not good at all

@Chopper2424 on

I have had this app since they released it.It is now the worse app I have ever dealt with.In the last 2 weeks it crashes every other day or so?How they can let it get this bad I have no idea, did they forget about it or stop servicing it?I would give it 0 rating if I could.

Changing Ticket

76/Gucky on

United States

Two years ago I would review as a 5, best radio station locally and probably nationally. B it t it has changed. Lost Dan at middays and Donavan is starting to not be as good as he was with Norm. I have never been a huge fan of Norm but it worked with Donovan. Musers are still the best and Hardline is doing great as well. But I can’t keep my radio on for Ticket all day for the two and I do my best to pick them up when I can. Got Dan on podcast and he is super. Also I know the station is making money but the commercials are getting ridiculously long.

Yeah it’s a tracking device

slojoooo on

United States

If you want an app without ads or tracking… use an FM radio. If you want to be provided a 1 hour time shift by two dying media, you’ll have to put up with it. They’re gonna track every little thing you do and serve ads as often as possible. And provide the analytics to their real customers… ad agencies. You’re a demographic and the ticket has always been upfront about that.

Apple Watch!!

Guster7 on

United States

Please make this app available on the Apple Watch!! I use this app almost everyday during my runs and I have to take my phone with me every time. If it was available on Apple Watch that would be so great!

Ads are intrusive

Petmuffin on

United States

This used to be a great app. They made a change that made the ads intrusive. They stop the audio, generate pop ups, and are often in Spanish (which is only a problem if you don’t know which button to push).

You get the Ticket, but….

CC45678 on

United States

Huge plus: you can listen to the Ticket on your phone. Even go back an hour, which is brilliant. Major problem: the ads in the picture box (where you see the pictures of the hosts) are auto playing and cutting off the stream. And if I minimize the app, then the stream stops. I can’t do anything else on my phone.

Getting worse

Cs Graham on

United States

Why do you have an app that features a radio stream that consistently interrupts the stream with audio ads. It’s getting worse.

Turns Off when Switching Apps

The Wiz The Wiz on

United States

This app has updated and is now complete garbage. It turns off, stops playing when you switch to another app or click your iPhone screen off. No multitasking here. It won’t play in the background.

You are really screwing this up

Kdag92 on

United States

As you try to jam more and more digital or app ads into the stories it is becoming unreadable with lock ups and exits.
