Good day I normally don’t like bad reviews but when it’s watching my soccer games sorry. I have Digicel as cell provider, using the app I taped a game, when trying to see at night impossible because do not have premium package so I subscribed for the monthly package and still nothing

The app is struggling maybe too much people watching it won’t let me login and evrytime I’m watching to game it keeps reloading and I’m on a good WiFi connection

I downloaded this app to watch the UEFA Champions League semi finals because it wasn’t showing on time on my cable box. So I went out to find alternatives on where I can watch the game and came across this app. After trying some time to sign up, they didn’t send me a code to fully sign up on time, which lead me to back out and try again. When I did, it kept on telling me that I cannot log in at this time over and over again. I am very upset because the game is about to start in less than 30 minutes and at this rate I will not be able to watch it. For the people at SportsMax, please fix your app as I would like to use the other features as well but with how absolutely garbage your app is and how incompetent your staff is as I sent an email about it to no response, I don’t see that happening🙂.
