Spot On Period Tracker Reviews

App not working

ellamardi on

First time trying this app, every time I try to open it, clicking "start tracking" on the first screen leads to a completely blank, white page that won't change to anything no matter how much time I give it.

Used to be great, gets less so over time

Valkyry6 on

I miss the ability to have your own emoji with symptoms, which hasn’t been a thing on this app for a long time, but is sorely missed. I also don’t like that I can’t delete emoji I am never going to use. The calendar is no longer useful; it used to say what day of your cycle you are on if you click the day, now you can only add. Not useful if you are looking at a glance. It is less useful if you have an irregular period, because sometimes it doesn’t bother giving a “fertile window”. If I could add cervical mucus tracking, that would be more useful, if that is what the app is going for, rather than guessing.

Fix Predictions + Add Text?

Hello my name is: on

Spot on has been great and I would trust PP with my data before any other developer! The only issues I have with the app is that the predictor function is days off always and never seems to recalibrate. As a design note, I also thing it would be helpful to have a journal like function on the calendar where in addition to logging symptoms people could write in about their day/info if they so choose.

Updated the app and lost ALL data

Updated the app today and lost ALL data from the last 7 years. Very upset.

Deleted 10 years of data

I had transferred all my period data from apps like Flo and Clue to this platform because of Roe V. Wades overturning. I recently checked to see when my period is and I found the app having my restart and “tell them about me and my cycle”. I was never made aware of ANY changes and am extremely disappointed. DONT USE.

Avg Cycle is Wrong

Milanovych on

United States

This was my favorite app. Very easy to use and always reliable period predictions. Recently I noticed I was missing my periods and something was off with calendar. App says that my avg cycle is 22 days which is wrong, my cycle is 27 days. I recalculated based on past few months. I keep changing this in the app. I manually change to 27 days. After few days app resets my avg cycle back to 22 days. Very annoying. I cannot contact support from the app since that button is not working.

Update just erased all my data

Whatever123gjjdfk on

DO NOT UPDATE THIS APP!!! I’ve been using this app ever since Clue got weird, and found it to be basic but perfectly serviceable. Then I updated it and poof, EVERYTHING got erased. When I opened it again, it asked me all the intro questions, including when the last time my period was - dude, THAT IS WHAT I WAS USING THIS APP FOR. I hope they fix this, but I’ll be looking elsewhere.
