This app WAS great, but now with the update I lost my data and also certain features are gone or no longer user friendly. Disappointed. I will be switching to a different app.

I used to love this app, I found it helpful and user friendly but then my tracking data was erased 3 times!! which is not only a major disappointing but also a huge challenge for monitoring and tracking my health progress. Given this recurring issue and the lack of resolution, I have lost confidence in the app and am not longer a strong supporter or user.

Love spot on for it’s super simple layout but I lost all my data after updating :( super sad about it

i logged in after finally updating it only to see that all my data from the past 4 years was gone without a trace. contacted support and did not get a response. get any other tracker app.

Was great until one day it just started showing a blank screen when I opened it. My data seems to be lost forever, and I needed it to show my doctor.

I wish they could add a feature where you could add your own emotions and actions instead of picking from their options because theirs are limited. I also wish they tracked what emotions you felt all through your period

I've been using the app for a few months. I had issues with our writing when I opened so I deleted and reinstalled (like you do for any malfunctioning app). All my data and history are gone. How is this helpful to me??????

I like the app in general but I hate the fact that it doesn’t have an option to login or create an account when it’s downloaded.

I diligently tracked on this app for four years. One day I woke up and every single data point was GONE. Never to be seen again. This was six months ago and the company refuses to respond. TRUST ME, DO NOT GET THIS APP. SPEND MONEY ON A DIFFERENT APP.

ever since my initial login, when i logged all my symptoms and last 3 or so periods i havent been able to even open the app. it keeps immediately crashing. from my 15 minutes i was able to actually be on the app it seemed good enough for me to delete my previous tracking app. well im deleting this one and getting my old one back, at least that one i could open.
