It’s easy to set up but it’s very inconsistent. Constantly having recording issues and power issues. When support is contacted, it takes forever to get an answer and when you do, they often blame you instead of investigating on their end if there’s any issues. I even paid for extended cloud coverage but apparently my added business doesn’t matter.

Just love it! Many of my friends also purchase one after realizing how useful it is.

It may be one of the easiest app I’ve ever tried. Wonderful for any non-tech savvy.

I spend much less time than I imagined to get familiar with everything.

The camera comes with free cloud plan, unlike other similar products that you need to pay for the storage plan. That’s why I bought it.

Just bought this to protect my home... the sensors are poor. The app is AWFUL and keep crashing which means I don’t get notifications in real time. My house could set on fire and this thing wouldn’t detect it. So disappointed.

The cameras are good but the app is awful. One of the most important things is to be able to go to an event and review or save footage. In the app it is nearly impossible to scroll or navigate to the event, so you end up getting near then watching for minutes on end hoping to get to the event and sometimes that doesn't even work. There is a repeating bug with the video scrolling navigator going crazy and scrolling about a day backwards whenever you try to navigate. It just pauses a moment then rewinds back into the past. You have to terminate the app and restart.
