Slow withdrawal
I expected better to be honest. It has been 4 days and i have not received my withdrawal funds. Really dissapointed.

Laosy server and interface
Just open my account week ago, and i face 2 time cannot login to trade for 2 time, and customer service they dont find any problem
Seamless trading experience
Great trading experience with City Index and RM and support was very helpful in addressing my trading concerns!
Unusable
The app was already near difficult to use but the recent update just made it unusable. The authentication is now unworkable because it doesn’t respond to the code sent to your phone or email and after u try to submit the code again, it says wrong code. I think the company is probably going under since it couldn’t even afford a proper mobile app so it’s may be advisable to withdraw your money . So far, I haven’t even got a response from the company. Says a lot about City Index currently and have been with them for a decade.
Slow and unresponsive
Takes forever to load history and account details. Worse than the previous app…. As good as non functional ...
App keeps crashing
Hello, the latest version keeps crashing after authenticated the face id. Can the admin do something about it? Wasting time trying to log in than trade.
No widget or position trade signal view.
Need to view the indicators through the watchlist. Cannot view them on the opened positions throught the app.
24 hours no logout does not work
Asking me to login, after I exit the app for 1 minute only
Good Liquidity
Good liquidity maintained during times of market stress.
Awful update
If you have more than one position in a stock everytime you close or modify it the screen annoyingly keeps going back to the top , so you have to keep scrolling down to the stock your dealing with from the top , so frustrating and time wasting.
