Great app great people great service even better food and deserts

Please add customization options in the app. This is the ONLY restaurant app where I can’t add notes. Every time I place an order, I have to follow it up with a phone call to provide special instructions. Cmon, y'all can do better than that! And half the time, no one answers the phone. What’s the point of an app if you are taking away the convenience factor?????

Signed up but not able to log in

Service going down, eating late lunch at 3:30 restaurant very slow as we were the only ones eating. No fresh bread with lunch, bread clerk was taking break setting in booth next to station. After 15 minutes finally was served fresh rolls. She never came back or offered another serving. She did make half a dozen trips back to kitchen. We have been eating at spring creek for over 30 years mostly in dfw area. Tyler is by far the worst ran one we have ever visited. Looks like she hey will fail in Tyler

I’ve eaten at Spring Creek since the early 80’s at their Richardson location. I’m now in Missouri City Tx, and they haven’t changed. Super barbecue (brisket with black pepper sausage!), their people go the extra mile, the bread is incredible and they even serve ice cream on Sundays! They catered our youngest daughters wedding and I had several tens tell me it was the best wedding food ever! Ask for George, super manager, tell him Mark sent you!

My husband and I eat at Spring Creek Barbecue very frequently. The barbecue is phenomenal, and all of their side’s are very tasty. The have a quite relaxing atmosphere!!!

DeSoto Spring Creek is my BBQ place of choice. You only get one time to impress me with your food. From my very first experience, I knew I would be back for more. The staff is courteous, friendly, accommodating, and the atmosphere is welcoming. And, who can resist an offer of sweet tea while you wait! The food is always good and consistent. I order with confidence knowing that I’m getting not only what I ordered, but how I like it prepared. Thanks, Spring Creek DeSoto. Keep up the great work!!!! 😊
