Zurzeit komplette Katastrophe
Habe jetzt schon 3 mal sprinti gebucht und ein komplett anderen angezeigt bekommen der dann da war zum Beispiel heute am 29.12.2024 wurde mir ein EQV angezeigt da kam dann ein Sprinter City 75 mit komplett anderen Fahrer als da stand also zurzeit komplette Katastrophe die App so kommen Leute komplett durcheinander.
Guter Anfang
An sich ein super Angebot für die Region. Die App müsste in diversen Funktionen nochmal überarbeitet werden. ich finde sie wenig intuitiv. Vielen Erstnutzer*innen fällt die Bedienung schwer. Dennoch würde ich jedem Menschen raten die App zu nutzen, insofern sprinti in deiner Region unterwegs ist.
App Störungen
Habe ein Sprinti gebucht und es wurde mir ein anderes Fahrzeug gezeigt als da ankam und ein komplett anderer Name drin war ein wenig verwirrend
Katastrophe
Es gibt andauernd Verspätung oder keine buchbaren Fahrten. Dazu eine verbugte App. Ich vermisse die Linienbusse
nicht weiterzuempfehlen
Unzuverlässige App, kommt immer zuspät und storniert sich von selber. Einmal stand da ganze zeit 8 minuten, während der Sprinti auf dem Burgerking parkplatz stand. Da hat sich jemand wohl was gegönnt, statt seinen Job zu machen, oder Mohammed K.? Fahre lieber bus.
Tolles Angebot, nicht so tolle App
Ich habe die App schon einmal bewertet und kann sagen, dass sie Performance der Anwendung deutlich besser geworden ist. Was mich leider nach wie vor stört, ist, dass die aktuelle Adresse immer der Startpunkt ist. Hier wäre mir tatsächlich ein klassisches Suchfeld lieber, über das man immer noch seine aktuelle Location orten lassen kann. Immer wieder völlig drauf rein dass mir Verbindung von vor meiner Haustür angezeigt werden, obwohl ich in der Regel immer eine Verbindung suche die nicht unmittelbar bei mir stattfindet.
Super wenn man mal einen bekommt
Ich finde es eigentlich richtig gut. Die App ist sehr einfach aufgebaut, leicht zu verstehen. Die Fahrer sind allesamt extrem nett, reden auf bei Bedarf. Das trifft alles zu wenn man denn überhaupt einen sprinti bekommt. Das Angebot übers Wochenende wo sowieso schon kaum Busse fahren echt mager. Teilweise bekomme ich nur 2 mal am Tag überhaupt ne Fahrt angezeigt. Wäre das Angebot bisschen mehr am Wochenende wäre es dass beste Angebot in Deutschland.
