I was having a hard time accessing my account, I accidentally put a capital letter at the beginning of my password. It took a long time for the code to be sent to my account. I finally gave up waiting and just tried again and again. Finally I figured it out on my own.
I just downloaded this app intending to use it for the rewards, but instead it made my phone crash. The “allow” or “don’t allow” options for notifications popped up and would not respond to my selection. My phone was then frozen and would not even turn off to reset. Had to go all the way to the Apple Store an hour away from me to get it fixed! Really insane freak thing, but beware/use caution when downloading this app!!
We love our new store so close to Anthem! Very friendly people, and nice clean store, like all the Sprouts I’ve been to.

This app is very glitchy and closes so many times. Especially when I try to order groceries. That system, especially, is messed up. I can never check in because it glitches
Not great. Very glitchy and it’s not very intuitive. Took me a moment to figure out where my previous purchase history was and when I go in to edit anything for pickup it doesn’t go right to the order. I have to start over again. Needs a lot of improvement on the UI.
The app should offer a section titled “Clipped Coupons” so shoppers can quickly view their digital coupons and option to unclip coupons.
Food quality is good, prices are high , out of stocks are low , check out is pretty quick compared to Safeway and Frys. People working there are great , their web site is not soo good, miss printed ads , are their any good weekly specials any more?
I like store layouts and wide isles , product placement . Don’t mind paying for bags. Don’t like self checkout so don’t use unless gave to. Go to Fry’s if want that. Nice fruits & veggies, Sprouts waters, pet foods, service at meat & deli counters slow but good products
