Squaddy is the training diary you need. Train solo or in squads with support for many workout styles including: strength training, weightlifting, powerlifting, olympic lifting, bodybuilding, HiiT, CrossFit, F45, Hyrox, Tough Mudder, Obstacle Races, circuits, rowing, swimming, sprinting and track & field.

TRAIN TOGETHER
Bring your friends and teammates on your training journey by creating invite-only workout squads or by sharing your training journal. Training squads allow you to share workouts, posts, and chat. Use them for: sports teams (rugby, soccer, lacrosse, rowing, football, swimming, hockey, netball, basketball, etc); groups of friends getting fit for an event (holiday, wedding, summer); workout buddies; gym glasses; small-group PT; fitness events (Hyrox, Functional Fitness, triathlons); forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Law Enforcement, Fire); schools, colleges and challenges.

Record progress across a huge range of exercises and access a detailed training history so you know you’re getting better. With support for: strength, cardio, bodyweight, isometric, strength x distance, bodyweight x distance, eccentric, circuits, complexes and supersets. Leave notes on each exercise and workout.

Great app, able to see progress of other gym members and fully track personal and squad sessions. Would like to see rep maxs shown for higher rep ranges and also logic around rep maxes being smarter. An example is if set a 5 rep max with a heavier weight the. My current 4 rep max, the old 4 rep max is shown.

This app is just what I’ve been looking for to track and record my workouts. It’s also great that you can follow friends workouts and see their history and personal bests 🥇highly recommend!

The perfect app for training!

This app is spot on for recording my training routine! I can see my history during training really quickly, add notes to my sessions and record really varied workouts from swimming to CrossFit! My FAV feature is the %RM calculator, it’s easily & quickly accessible whilst recording the workout & gives all the percentages I need to work from quickly! It’s so motivating to have a squad group set up with friends & classes, there’s a fab chat function on the app where we push each other and celebrate wins! Being able to see upcoming sessions from my coach and still get feedback if i do it solo is invaluable! The new feature of ticking off a set once complete and seeing that green is soooo satisfying!

With Squaddy I am able to record and share my specific workouts with friends and family and take ideas from theirs. I like that I’m able to track my workouts over a period of time and am able to track any progressions e.g improvements in weights and reps. Squaddy also offers a significant range of workouts so I’m able to be really specific in recording my training sessions

Great for recording my workouts and taking inspiration from others

I have a varied training routine and fine that I can easily record these sessions using Squaddy i.e. swimming, WODs, walking, cycling and hypotrophy sessions. When trying to think of training ideas I like that with Squaddy I am able to check out my friends training journals and take inspiration from their workouts. 10 sessions into using Squaddy now and plan to keep using it!

Supports lots of training types. I record a lot of rowing workouts through here as well as my strength work. Our crew created a squad so it’s easy for our coach to post our sessions. Would like support for Watts though please developers !
