Terms abd conditions
Are you poorly written terms and conditions attempting to state that the consumer of this product cannot cancel there subscription when they wish to do so themselves? That they can only do so 24hrs prior to the end of the month? I was of the understanding that as a consumer once Iv paid a purchase fee, that app product then becomes mine and I can cancel whenever I wish to do so as this is a monthly fee basis? Please advise where the option is to unsubscribe. The app is useless, poorly laid out. No access to upload any “edited” to Instagram etc.
