Squire - Video Player

Sign in with Apple does not work.

I just tried signing in to the app for the first time and couldn’t. Tried reaching out to the dev’s, and the support email on their website doesn’t work. Dead app.

Hello friend, when are you going to see a new version for Squire Player for the iOS and TV versions, when are you going to see improvements and updates and changes to fixed apps Squire Player in 2024

The latest versions keep crashing on iPad mini 5 Edit: The way this developer chose to “respond” to the reviews and feedback is interesting to say the least. Instead of responding appropriately, they chose to respond to everyone with the form instructions provided by Apple. It’s really too bad. This app had a lot of potential and now it is just straight garbage.

I really love this app the way was designed but the player needs to be fix , please fix it 🙏🙏

I used to love this app until it stopped working ... no support from customer service at all

The app could be great, but unfortunately it’s too buggy to be usable. Playback on Apple TV is choppy. The video would freeze every minute or so, sometimes for a few seconds, while the audio keeps going. Then it speeds up, as if fast forwarded and catches up. It makes the app useless for watching movies (this happens on my iPad, too). No other app, including Infuse or Put.io have such issues with the same titles. I tested the server connection and it’s close to 20mbps, so it’s a problem with Squire. Also, on Apple TV it consistently crashes within a few seconds of going to the movie titles list and it opens the Home screen again. It mostly works after going back to the movie titles list and I can select a movie title, but then there is the choppy playback. Not recommended, until working properly.

I really wanted this to work. I tried many things but the put.io support does not work.

I found out about your app from my brother in law. I attempted to use it unfortunately I found after downloading the iOS app that it does not work unless using the squire helper through a Mac computer. I own a Windows based computer unfortunately. I am unable to use your service. May you please refund me the cost of the iOS app? Please in the future if possible can you make a squire helper for Windows. Thank you.
