Hello, When choosing a multi item breakfast instead of having a tick box next to each food option it needs to change to a having the option to choose the number of that food option you want just in case you want 2 or more of the same item in your breakfast.
Great concept just doesn’t work.
No children’s menu for lunch which isn’t great. Waiting 20 mins for coffee’s and cake.

Seriously, I expect face to face service not having to order via a stupid app. Has put me off coming back!!
Really poor app
Trying to order food on this app is utterly impossible. I strongly suggest you try a different place for breakfast until they sort this useless app out.
Not intuitive😳
Top tip! When ordering multiple items you need to scroll down for each item. This sounds straightforward, yet the Item#1 lists all menu items, Item#2 lists all menu items again, and again. Oddly it’s not all summarised in one place. Adding the order isn’t too clear either😬Coffee arrived 25 minutes before the breakfast. Oh dear.
Hard work and awkward
Only wanted to order 2 drinks and pieces of cake, however this took over 15 mins to do as we had many errors of “hot drink unavailable”

Ridiculous process
Too busy to order directly so asked to order via the app. The app then says 20 mins wait. 2 coffees. Don’t bother for anything other than garden stuff!!!
Why can’t we just order in person
Ap takes ages to download and set up. Wish we could just order the old fashioned way.
