The app DOES NOT accept any address. I even pinned on the map exactly right where the SNR resturant is located, BUT the app says “ADDRESS IS OUT OF RANGE” You should take you app OUT from the App Store. USELESS.

verification email did not receive, tried to see faq or contact us but it only prompt login or register menu so how can i get or resend verification or contact them??

I didn’t even move pass the registration. Didn’t receive email verification. What a waste of time, effort, and attention.

Worthless app. This will not only take up space on your device, but your patience as well. Crappy tech still exists in this day and age. This is one of them. Be wise and don’t bother downloading this app.

Unable to use app properly from log in to home. It keeps on lagging even I’m connected to wifi

Nagtry ako magdownload kahit ang daming negative reviews, kase gusto ko magpadeliver na lang. Di ako maka order kase nagautomatic set yung date nya for the next day pa, at yung naeedit mo lang is yung time. Gusto ko din idelete na lang yung account ko kaso nanghhingi ng password, pero di ko na delete, kase gmail ko lang yung ginamit ko to register. Yung ibang food delivery app kahit buggy na gagamit ko, kahit nakakairita, carry lang. First time ko to magreview ng food app delivery, kase nagulat ako sa performance nito. Its so bad, di na sya nakakairita, parang natawa na lang ako. Sorry sa review, naging honest lang

Worst app, worst service. Placed order at 11am. It’s now 3pm. They spammed me with several msgs for 1 hr straight saying they’re having difficulty finding a rider. When I replied back at around 2:15pm asking for updates, I was asked if I still want to wait. I promptly asked about the waiting time, and after that because it has been another 20 mins I just inquired if I can cancel the order. So far it has been 15 mins still no response. Decided to order jb instead
