This app and its website is poorly made, it’s really hard to use, I can’t customize whether what branch my order is comming from, you need to process order just to see were did you book your order.

I had to uninstall the mobile app. The log in page is not working.

Worst app ever among its contemporaries. You would think a shop this big would invest in a good app 🤦🏻

Useless app. Why bother?? I should have read the reviews first before installing. There have been many negative comments but still no improvements.

I hole this gets fixed since it will be very helpful if it did.

I have never seen an app so poorly made. Its takes up time to load, the EXPIRED status didn’t change after membership renewal. Its like they abandoned the app and never wanted customers to make online purchase. If only I can give out zero star rating as a consideration I would! A world class shopping experience indeed! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The app is badly designed and not working well, very slow moving between screens and the shopping cart and check out problematic. Show items double, shows items without a total price so you can’t check out, it’s far below par.

Ang Slow ng App

When I add an item to the cart, it takes a minute to load. The same thing happens when I'm browsing for products; dragging the screen down to view more products takes a long time to load.

Both the app and website are too slow. It kept on reloading. Sometimes it glitches when you click your cart suddenly it’s empty. I don’t think it’s not safe to check out giving your credit card details. Maybe it glitches at the part too! It needs to be updated.
