App will still not detect TVs just shows spinning wheel. I’ve tried many times, nothing! This is after the latest 2.2.0 update, that you claim fixed everything.
So buggy
I wouldn’t recommend this app. It used to work now it doesn’t. I wouldn’t even pay for the premium since it’s so buggy
Fails to connect. Connects now.
Fails to see and connect to my Samsung tv though other devices can see and connect to my tv. Disappointed. After update it works but now invasive ads ruin your experience enough that it is still a useless remote.
No instructions…
There are no instructions on how to link to TV. I click on the website and it takes me to a web page that shows the company logo. Nothing more. 🤦🏻 Piss poor app that lacks instructions.

No support and total waste as was the previous version. Does not connect as it does not find TV. If I could review a “0” star review I would submit it.
UPDATED REVIEW: Remote App Not Seeing Two Recent Samsung TVs
UPDATE: September 2022 hours after latest application update… (1) Still does not work at all, even after deletion and new reinstall. (2) Developer website still only an icon with nothing behind it. (3) Four times now requesting assistance ended with no contact from developer. >>>Developer upgraded app just hours ago: (1) Changed from buy once to subscription (prior to clicking on upgrade verbiage says Monthly Subscription $1.99 and Yearly Subscription $9.99. But after you select upgrade it specifies: Monthly: $9.99 and Yearly: $1.99). (2) Added advertising. (3) Did NOT fix any outstanding issues causing it to still not work at all. (4) Did NOT contact those with issues with the application. April 2022 Review Does Not See Two Samsung TVs (2017 & 2020) both on same network as iPhone (only network there is). Rescan and reinstall does not help. Unusable. Suggestions? …as I need a remote for both TVs. Help please. I have tried twice to get help from you with no responses.
Great looking out but it doesn’t work.
Trying to connect the app to the TV has been frustrating. So I deleted that app.
