I just bought two of these cameras and it’s all going good until it won’t let me into the app. I’ve been putting the right information in for over 30 minutes and nothing. It says it’s incorrect. Why does it even kick you out of the app??? Like that’s so stupid. Please figure something out.

Ever since the new update 3 weeks ago it doesn’t work.

It’s good m, not bad actually the pic quality is good, the night vision good , field of view could be better but manageable My only concern is that they r playing with the download button it’s there on one update then it disappears or another. it is frustrating to say the least 😏

Night mode is automatic. There is no way to turn it off. Wouldn’t be such a problem if sensor wasn’t so sensitive and the clicking sound it made every time it goes on/off wasn’t so loud and annoying. Because of this I just don’t use this cam.

Stupid thing periodically wants password info but it’s a pita to reset. You end up on a page with no guidance that has a countdown timer that you have to beat to reset it. Dumb.

however I thought my ip cam should support video and photo upload via ftp and email when an alarm goes off ?? !! would be nice to also get a bunch of photos while i get the push notification as a result of motion being detected !! or even better FTP upload of the live stream , why no one asks for this instead of uploading in d cloud which costs money !!

I turned off location and the app keeps asking to turn on my location. Don’t know why they need it...

For a while now my camera has been going offline and when it’s online I can’t view it in the app. Shows up online and when I click it to open live feed it just continues on black loading screen. Have done unplug and reboot in app. Device is up to date. And why can’t I connect my sricam indoor camera to this app? App support link goes to bad gateway aswell.

Cannot reset the password, cannot get in the app no matter what i try. I wonder if they are still in business. Sending an email fell to dead ears. No reply.

Location is not required to set up wifi. Stop asking and remove it. Edit: No improvement since November 2019
