The app made the screen too bright (almost full brightness) and need to attempt multiple time in order to login.

I have not experienced the app because I could not sign up. The OTP never send through. I have been trying to sign up more than 3 times

It kept signing me out recently and it is damn annoying to keep login again and again

Am regular customer of SS & been buying online for yrs but via using website so happy to see this Apps on phone … after installing etc noted only for promos & notification no catalogues for purchase! So misleading & disappointing 😒

I was trying to make an online purchase and guess what?? I could not find the product page! Thinking that it could me who is silly n don’t know how to navi the app. I was thinking of the items I wanna buy from Sheng Siong and guess what again? After navi for hrs trying to find the browse/product pages and recalling the items I wanna buy, the items magically appeared on my doorstep! I was so thrilled n happy until I realised I fell asleep navigating n dreamt about it. Fix ur sheesh SS.

What is the point to download the app and yet it unable to do online purchasing...kind of frustrated...

Letters typed at sign up page not visible . Not able to sign up through Apple devices / app Store.

I have just installed the App at the cashier and filled in all the information to register but was not able to proceed because of the Gender field. Although it states optional but it does not allow me to select male or female at it jumps back to the entry screen. I can’t proceed next either, so have to give up to use the app. So frustrating.
