This app does not work. I have to call social security every month because I can’t use the app. It needs to be fixed asap.

Description
We now offer a free Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Mobile Wage Reporting Application to report monthly wages.
This application will allow an SSI recipient, a recipient’s representative payee, or an individual whose income helps an SSI recipient meet their basic needs (like a parent or a spouse) report their gross monthly wages to Social Security Administration from the convenience of their smartphone.
Consistent monthly wage reporting helps prevent improper payments, which may cause SSI overpayments and underpayments.

Poor service
App never works. I have to to spend 1-2 hours on the phone calling in wages to SSA for each month.
Error with age reporting
There is an issue going on with the system or app. I am selecting yes on the option when asked if I made any wages this month and it is giving an error stating that I need to make a selection, which I am. But it’s not registering.
Broken
App was working fine these last several years for me but since October the app breaks when you submit your wages and I’m unable to use the phone system either. The only option I currently have is to fax it the old fashioned way. Fix this!

I just downloaded it today and read the reviews, and I open the app and it says it’s closed on a Friday at 8:50pm, I’m confused.
Broken
This app is broken or something. They want me to report wages but when i submit it doesn’t work. They told me i cant submit the amount as 0, but i didn't make any money so i always have to call them just to report wages. They need a new app or something.

Terrible! App worked and since they’ve changed the way you sign in now it doesn’t!
Why would you subject reporters to this awful app?
Previous app was very good, easy to use. This app is awful and should never have been released. How could anyone with an intellectual or developmental disability be expected to use this? I report for my adult child, and one month’s reporting took me a whole half hour to complete - he had 8 small paychecks. I guess you want to discourage people from working, especially by piecing together several part-time jobs that result numerous small paychecks. Thankfully he has a parent to help him and we don’t have to pay someone for their time to do the reporting for him.
