I paid online using SSS virtual via gcash but until now more than 2 month still not reflected in my SSS contribution. Very very bad apps
The new update requires higher iOS so older iPone cannot use sss online anymore unless buying a new apple ipone. Majority of user cannot afford to buy new iPone.
Where is the menu for the benefits and other services? I’ve clicked all the clickable menu and the menu for the benefits and premium or salary loan did not show up.

Payment is not yet posted and its the due date already. PRN generated is still visible on the app even after paying. What will also happen if I paid two contributions in one quarter? Tried calling the hotline but it is not working.
As a UX/UI Designer myself, This application lacks usability for all users due to several issues: 1. The header overlaps with the native status bar on mobile devices, making it difficult to access the profile icon. 2. The homepage prioritizes an activity log over essential user actions like contributions or checking loan status. 3. Important functions are hidden behind a floating CTA button, which doesn’t align with its intended use. 4. Confusion arises from having two profile icons—one in the top left and the other in the bottom right. A hamburger menu icon would be more appropriate for accessing the menu.
How can i get my PRN?
One of the Benefits I was applying for was already approved and I was advise that it will be credited 5 days after. However it’s already been a month and said amount is not yet credited to my account. There’s no way to send a follow-up or to atleast connect with a CSR. Also already sent an email twice 2 weeks apart through ussaptayo but still no response. They should have a customer connect section
Interface wasn’t user friendly also your company was not a reliable insurance company.
