Невозможно добавить устройство в АР режиме

SST Cloud для Neptun

Приложение не работает. После первого подключения уже через 10 минут утрачена связь с модулем и, как следствие, удалённый контроль. Приложение не обновлялось более 2 лет, продержка, по всей видимости, отсутствует. Для системы контроля за столь важной системой, такой подход просто неприемлем.

Единственные краны на рынке и такое ужасное приложение

Не понимаю в чем логика, но надеюсь в магазинах начнет продаваться другой производитель где приложпние не будет таким плохим

Постоянно не работает. Одни сбои.

Очень сырое приложение с кучей проблем

Разработчики просто забили болт на приложение. Идея и задумка классная, но реализовано отвратительно. Все настройки через приложение живут своей жизнью. Удалённо может ещё и включишь прибор , но не факт что выключишь потом . Потеря связи с устройством. И дело не в плохом интернете , а ПО.

Что год назад у дурачков проблемы с серверами по семь дней в неделю, что прошел год - достал термостат, а ему плевать на расписание, игнорирует вообще все манипуляции с приложением. Проработал стабильно один вечер. Браво, идиоты.

Не мучайтесь

Судя по тому, что приложение не обновляется 2 года, ребята на него просто забили. Приложение конечно редкостное Г. Но хуже всего то, что Нептун не информирует своих покупателей, что оно (приложение) им и не нужно. Контроллер замечательно залетает в Тую по вафле без необходимости ставить SST Cloud. И об этом почти нет информации. Ищите в интернетах: Нептун + Smart Life
