I didn’t mind buying products to get reimbursed afterwards. I liked being able to choose what I was interested in. The other app I use has paid jobs but I was ok picking products for trade on occasion. However, all of a sudden I got the dreaded no jobs available even though I know there are. Several people have mentioned this and you can’t get a real answer. It’s like you get frozen out instead of being told they want you to wait or something if they need you to take a break or whatever. I’ve debated deleting the app but have been holding out incase it was a glitch or started showing the full catalogue that was up right before mine went “down”. I don’t know how anyone says they have done this for years.

When I start using the app I love it. I was available to chose what products to promote and what not. Beside that I can make a litter cash for that which was one of my favorite parts. But… I had a campaign for a face product that gave me a bad skin reaction. So I decide to contact support about it to see if there where able to remove the campaign because I would not lie to people saying the product is amazing or anything similar. The where a able to remove the campaigns but when opening the app to search for more campaign they it was a message saying there where no campaign for me even that before that there where many to choose from. In addition they promise for each sixes referral they would pay me 10$ but I never saw that money and I had more than 50 referral. (Because I’m on different group chat for influencers) I decide to write an email about it and they answer was.. Oh well sorry about it there is nothing we can do.

I’m happy with the experience with stack except for one thing. Back in September of 2024 they unqualified me for ANY campaigns and have refused to adequately respond to my emails. Their only response is “it looks like you’re not qualified for any campaigns right now, please check back later.” And now, 4 months later there are still no campaigns and NO communication as to why. So all in all, it’s a great platform to try new items and review them but they are terrible at communicating and problems!

Me and a bunch of other creators who are in a group chat decided to download this app to see if we could get any type of deals and we all signed up some of us having over 1 million followers and being very familiar with brand deals after getting accepted, there were no offers real for any of us

Good luck getting in touch with customer service if you have an issue. You’ll get the same auto copy and paste response even if it doesn’t address your issues. One of the most useless and unhelpful customer services I’ve ever dealt with.

Ask for code to verify email or phone number, but it doesn’t send one.

Stack Influence is a great app for creators either just starting or have been creating for a while. The app offers a range of products available to review from kitchen, pets, wellness and more! You are reimbursed once the requirements are filled! App is user friendly!

They have great options on products for the whole family. It’s a great app to get started on your content creation/UGC journey. The brands will let you know what tags to use and give you content ideas but other than that, it’s all your creativity! I’ve been able to update my kitchen with some things and try some new foods and drinks. Highly recommend.
