Staff Airlines

Even with the premium version, the app keeps showing an error message and doesn’t load the flights. I have tried reopening it multiple times and it shows the same. Basically, it works when it wants to work.

Updating the rating to 3 stars. The developer is responsive and obviously cares. The main problem with the app is that if you select the airline you work for, it may result in missing flights from the search. Select all airlines in the settings instead of a specific airline to avoid the issue. Also, Southwest is missing, and they are working on it supposedly. An app with good potential. Please keep improving!

I LOVED this app and have used it for a year now and been promoting it to other flight attendants. However, Southwest is no longer showing and that is my main airline at my airport. It’s really disappointing.

App use to work great! Now it has limited use. SWA loads now don’t work!

This app has made planning trips so much easier. Previously I would have to guess which airlines might have connections and look them up individually on MyIdTravel. It was a major pain! I’ve found this especially helpful for international travel. I always look here first for trip planning and then check actual loads on Staff Traveler App a day or two before a trip. Love, love, love this App! Just hope they can get Southwest info back into the mix very soon.

Loved this app when I first got it. Now southwest info is no longer available. I don’t need to pay to see the other airlines. Unfortunate because it was great when it included everyone. Happy to update this if you all can fix the issue.

I don’t know why but southwest is no longer being shown on the app. It used to be 🤷‍♂️

Its a great tool for the big picture of what is available. I do wish for Transfer flights that i could sort by duration/time/availability across multiple connections, but it does not take long to check the suggested connections. (For example, id like to be able to see the top three options that have 10 or more seats on each leg, sorted by trip duration or start time ) Also would like to see a cheaper annual membership or lifetime membership. Besides those requests, its a time saver for sure compared to manually checking flights other ways.

After it asked me to update my app and started to charge for a service, I’m going to delete the app right away. That’s disappointing.

The app works fine, but there's no way to access settings--a glitch sends you back to main page. No way to cancel your subscription and you have to keep paying forever. And no way to contact support shown on their website.
