## StaffShift Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Feeling left dangling on a rope"
I have been trying for several weeks to get set up and running with A24 group. This app doesn’t work, my compliance passport is going nowhere despite all my input, my references were sent and I’m out of pocket for DBS. Nobody is replying to my messages. I have no clue where I am with the application process weeks down the line
-- Jom Jon bon, 2023-10-08

### ***** "Mr Wuni"
Greatest app experiences
-- Theo5566, 2023-07-28

### *---- "TERRIBLE COMPANY"
I applied 7 weeks ago and paid £90 for a DBS check, have uploaded all my documents, WhatsApped and emailed the company several times over those 7 weeks and haven’t heard a thing! What a waste of £90 for nothing! Absolutely raging!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
-- CA.1981, 2023-06-01

### **--- "Ok but redundant"
- Most last minute shifts are offered through direct call, not this app
- No feedback when you select a shift you’re keen on but aren’t selected. You’ll just see the shift disappear from the list of “available shifts”
- Conversation histories with A24 staff are not kept in the chat and disappear
- The search engine doesn’t let you filter the agency you want, it just shows every single A24 group shift within the date/distance/job type parameters you’ve entered. ie you’ll be flooded with grosvenor and BNA shifts even though you’re only signed with ambition 24 hours. Makes for a VERY tedious search process. And you won’t be able to select the other agencies as you’re not compliant with them anyways.
Has potential but relatively useless
-- Dk.Winter, 2023-05-10

### **--- "One-sided"
This app should be brilliant as it has the ability for staff to electronically select shifts. In practice though the agents don’t put the shifts on the app and rely on phoning. I still can’t work out why I show as ‘not compliant’ when I have completed all aspects according to staff and the compliance staff are less than helpful.
I have plenty of availability and this is a shame.
-- Nurse RGN/RSCN, 2023-01-14

### ***** "ADD SHIFT PROMPT FEATURE"
Indeed a reliable app.

Kindly add a feature that would prompt or update staffs/users when new shifts are added on the platform. So it would be automated.

Also, sometimes the chats on the app are not well sync with respect to WhatsApp on the user/staff end.

Thanks very much.
-- ADEMIDAYOUK, 2022-12-21

### *---- "Not working"
App never works. Keeps saying there’s a problem with the server
-- ebonyslt, 2019-11-14

### ***** "Not working with iOS 13.1.2"
Since last week When I’ve updated my iPhone to iOS 13.1.2 the app doesn’t open so they need to check and keep update
-- MrSexxx, 2019-10-14

### **--- "Good but could be better"
Would really like to be able to see available shifts and even book myself on.
-- A scot nurse, 2017-02-02
