Stage32 is a scam. This app is buggy and crashes and I’d urge sensible film makers to stay away

Great community. Clunky app.
There are so many clunky things about the STAGE 32 app that I won’t list them all. But one. You would think that if you pay good money for a course, you would be able to access it with a tap or two on the app in your profile. Nope. Searched for ten minutes. Couldn’t find it. Went to the confirmation email, and it pushed me to my mobile browser. WHAT??? Then the browser insisted I sign in. Then it required me to reset my log in. Then the promised confirmation email never came. TWICE. I thought we’re were in 2023. Help.
Buggy & Slow
First I am a Stage32 fan. I’ve been a member for over 10 years. But this app should never have been released. As an IT for my career this is not well designed, crashes often when trying read messages, does not have features the Stage32 website has and trying to report a quality issue leads you to a page no longer found. The infamous 404 Page Not Found error. Please fix this app or if you can’t fix it remove it. It does not reflect well on the Stage32 brand
Looks good but needs work.
I don’t know if it’s because I’m on a newer iPhone (12 Pro Max) or what, but this app really isn’t cutting it for me. I downloaded it hoping it’d be an improvement over using the actual website, and don’t get me wrong, it looks a lot better than the site, but I’m missing some functionality. I don’t have a search function and no option of which lounge to post in. Looking at the screengrabs here it’s a little obvious now, I don’t have a toolbar at the top of the screen, it’s been compressed and all I have are a couple horizontal red lines. Great site, great resource, but the app might need some debugging work. I’ll change my rating to 5 when this is fixed.

What an improvement from the old Stage 32 app! I didn’t realize how much activity is in the community and I’ve already uncovered so many new people and resources from the new app. Great way to stay connected on my phone.
